This is a very good biscotti recipe. I wish I could say I developed it but I rec'd it from a friend who had the recipe from her MIL. I particularly like it w/ cherries and pecans or almonds... but any way is great! Great w/ coffee, of course, and also for gifts (place several in mug, wrap in cellophane or other clear wrap, & tie w/ bow).

    Recipe #109101

An absolutely incredible cornbread recipe! I don't remember where I found this one but it was while I was in grad school. I invited the crew over and made this recipe to accompany a pot of chili. All I can say is that it was excellent and much enjoyed! If there are leftovers, excellent reheated or toasted. A lot of ingredients but.... yummmmmm!

    Recipe #108693

Delicious, hearty soup shared by student from Ukraine during an international cooking demonstration while I was in grad school. No recipe but she graciously prepared the soup again for me in her kitchen while I estimated amounts. Despite initial reservations, my children love it. Even better when reheated as flavors blend more.
