    I altered a cake mix cookie recipe to create something that tastes similiar to mounds candy bars.

    A friend gave me this recipe and I have always "eyeballed" it on the measurements. Today I finally figured out the measurements, since I was trying to determine weight watchers points and I decided that this one is too big of a hit everywhere I take it not to share it. (By the way, it's 2 points per 1/2 cup serving.) Great for a vegetarian meal, or just as a side dish for any meal. Ladies I know like to take it to bridal and baby showers. Super easy & fast to make with only four ingredients.

    I saw this recipe on the Food Network to make Dolmades. I sent my husband to the grocery store to get the ingredients and the store didn't have grape leaves, so I just made the rice as a side dish and made a substitution on one of the ingredients. To me, this is better the day after, when all the flavors have had time to sit.

    I was looking for a way to get my daily amount of fruits and veggies in my diet and I came up with this to get more fruit into my diet. I can pour it in a glass and take it with me, and it holds me over until lunch. Obviously you can adjust it to your taste. Enjoy. Oh, by the way, it's 8 Weight Watchers points.
