A friend gave me this recipe and I have always "eyeballed" it on the measurements. Today I finally figured out the measurements, since I was trying to determine weight watchers points and I decided that this one is too big of a hit everywhere I take it not to share it. (By the way, it's 2 points per 1/2 cup serving.) Great for a vegetarian meal, or just as a side dish for any meal. Ladies I know like to take it to bridal and baby showers. Super easy & fast to make with only four ingredients.
