YUM! I make this often after school and it's extremely refreshing. I've never added sugar but if you feel it fits your tastes, you may. The recipe is very flexible. You can add any frozen fruit - blueberries and peaches are very good.
This is a delicious, creamy soup. I was hesitant at first to mix curry and pumpkin together, but it's amazing! This soup definitely warms you up on a cold wintery night. You can adjust the seasonings to fit your tastes.
