I created this recipe as my idea of what a bacon burger dog would be.I had heard about them on the Cosby tv show, but they never showed what they looked like. After I created this recipe I search the web and found recipes for bacon burger dogs, but they were made with hot dogs in the center.I think my version is very good and hope you will also. You can season meat as you like and use any cheese you prefer.

    Recipe #320241

This is a recipe I have created to be lower in sugar and higher in fiber. It is also the best in flavor I think. I use golden delicious apples. I sweeten with Splenda brown sugar blend. To use regular brown sugar, you will have to use more. I bake for 90 minutes because we like the oats crisp and the apples caramelized.

    Recipe #258657

This makes a lot, but they disappear fast when serving to company. They are moist and a nice golden color. I adopted this from a loaf recipe from TOH. I replaced the brown sugar with 1/2 cup brown sugar Splenda and it worked perfectly.

    Recipe #188739

I like this cornbread because of its great taste. Moist and so easy to mix up. Also is good hot, warm and cold. I like to add diced red jalapeno or some chipotle seasoning for color. This recipe always turns out good.

    Recipe #164726

These are wonderful cookies, the corn syrup makes them chewy on the inside. This makes a huge amount. I bake two dozen and make four rolls for the freezer to bake later. I use the big cookie scoop (1/4 cup).

    Recipe #158627

I got this recipe several years ago from an ad for peanut butter. The brownies are moist and chewy with lots of peanut butter and chocolate flavor. This makes a lot. You could do half in a 9x13 pan.

    Recipe #155761

I love to bake yeast bread. I got the idea for this recipe from a TOH magazine, then added fruit and ingredients that I knew would help it to raise and keep it moist. I think you will like it. You may of course omit the fruit and also use all honey if you can't find the malt syrup, but it helps whole grain bread raise. This also makes excellent rolls or mini loaves.

    Recipe #154256

These are very buttery and sweet, but the brown sugar Splenda makes them more flavorful and reduces the sugar. You can use regular brown sugar if you like. Just be sure to use real butter and good vanilla.

    Recipe #151427

This is a recipe from the new Betty Crocker "Cooking For Today". I replaced the sugar with Splenda and corn syrup with honey. I also added some Aleppo pepper flakes to sauce to kick it up. It is so good. I am going to try the sauce with a stir fry next.
