This is like a flan or creme brulee. In my family it is known that we no longer will accept pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving as this is 100 times better!!! Decadent, rich and oh soooo good! Will keep refrigerated for up to 2 days (but you'll eat it all before then!)

This is posted in request for a pumpkin bread recipe with peanut butter chips. It comes from the Hershey's website. Makes 3 loaves so would be good to freeze extras to have on hand.

    Recipe #116649

This is from the book "The Sweet Potato Queens' Book of Love". They are easy, dangerous and delicious!!

We had these yummy potatoes for Easter after hearing the recipe on the radio. It comes from Nigella's book "Feast: Food to Celebrate Life". We were all afraid they would be overpowering because the whole house smelled like garlic, but they were wonderful - crispy and brown with a lovely roasted garlic flavor!

Not sure where this came from originally but I made a bunch of changes; I enjoyed it so much I decided to share it here. If you can't find refried black beans, use another can of plain black beans and mash them with a potato masher or in a food processor.

While I love traditional Tiramisu, this one is great when you don't have access to some of the more traditional ingredients. It originally came from the local newspaper. Cooking time is cooling time.

    Recipe #114391

This is a delicious low-fat version of stroganoff. It comes from Cooking Light magazine.

The original recipe for these delicious burgers came from Cooking Light Magazine. I adapted it to what I had on hand and loved the result.

    Recipe #113674

This is a delicious and unusual hummus recipe that comes courtesy of Linda McCartney (with a few changes). She notes that adding a few chopped fresh spinach leaves will enhance the green color.

    Recipe #113381

This is my favorite hummus recipe. I adapted it from a recipe out of The Silver Palate Cookbook. Serve with pita bread, naan bread, crackers and/or veggies.

A co-worker brought this in for my birthday and I had to get the recipe from him because it was delicious! I'm not a coffee drinker so the amount of coffee flavor was perfect for me, but you may want to add more...so feel free to do so! Cooking time is freezing time.

This is one of my favorite desserts to take to a potluck because it makes a huge bowlful. Also, it's delicious! Chill time is included in cook time.

Not sure where this came from originally but I love it! I used low-fat cottage cheese and sour cream. The pesto sauce would also be great as a sauce for chicken. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did :-)

This is a fairly quick to throw together soup that I came up with recently and quite enjoyed the results! If you can't find refried black beans, you could use cooked black beans that have been pureed.

This originally came from Better Homes & Gardens. These little guys were scarfed up in no time at a party I made them for. Everyone raved about them! I personally couldn't keep away from them and ate quite a few! :) The filling can also be mixed by hand if you don't have an electric mixer and don't mind a few small lumps.

This is like the traditional sweet potato dish with marshmallows. I can only find frozen "winter squash" in my area and it works great.

This is from Rick Bayless. It is time consuming, but delicious! Good garnishes are goat cheese, chives, fried or baked tortilla strips and chopped cilantro.
