If you want a super-moist cupcake, then this is the one. I initially got this recipe from "Taste of Home" magazine, but after having tasting it at its original state; I decided to tweak it just a tad, and they turned out great!
This is a recipe for a delicious tart recipe that I invented, it uses blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, lemon, and orange; and is really good for summer.
NOTE: can be substituted for splenda, for a diabetic-friendly recipe.
These are sooo good, I practically ate all the dough before I had a chance to bake them. My mom (who is initially from England) said they taste kinda like Marzipan, of course I've never tried marzipan so I can't vouch for that, but they're really good. They have a nice buttery nutty taste, which is great with mocha!
These are The Best churros I have ever eaten in my entire (fill in age) years of life. Best. Ever.
I've made these about 5 times now and they have been an absolute hit every time. I definately reccomend these.
