This is a nice variation of cheesecake, it uses yogurt and neufcha'tel instead of cream cheese; making it a low-fat sinless treat.
NOTE: you can sub the almond extract for any other type of extract for different flavor variations
This is a ,albeit rather strange, awesomely delicious recipe i've adapted using sriracha, sour cream, eggs, and begedil (recipe provided below).
Note: you can find sriracha in most grocery stores (safeway, winco, etc.), it is red with a green cap; and has a picture of a rooster on it.
This is a recipe for a delicious tart recipe that I invented, it uses blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, lemon, and orange; and is really good for summer.
NOTE: can be substituted for splenda, for a diabetic-friendly recipe.
This is a very lovely summer pie, sweet, but not cloying, with a buttery cornmeal crust. I used frozen blueberries and blackberries, but feel free to use all blueberries or any other berry you'd like (though you may need to adjust the sugar amounts accordingly per berry swap).
Is it cake or is it bread? it is delicious at any rate and is good for a snack on the go or a quick bite in the morning.
(NOTE: feel free to add some berries to the batter for berry snack slices or swirl in some cinnamon and raisins for cinnamon swirl snack cakes)
I love this pie, its super fluffy and quite rich. Not to mention its fairly easy to make.
this recipe is for 2 pies, so if you only want one, halve the recipe.
Also you can make a coffee cream for spare flavor.
This is an adaption of my "Blackberry/Blueberry pie", it has a tasty ,buttery, cornmeal crust and fresh strawberries in a sweet/tart glaze filling. Good for a summer party or to use up that old cornmeal or tub of strawberries you want to use up (feel free to add other berries! just make sure to add more sugar/splenda and less vinegar if it is a more tart berry!)
