    Satisfying salad that will not disappoint and a nice change from regular same-old salad.

    These are simple to make and ever so delightful. When I'm pressed for time I put these together and they go well with any meal. The buttery-ness is a result of using miniature teeny-tiny potatoes that now can be found in most supermarkets. Finger potatoes are an example, but now there are various varieties in the markets.     One of Wolfgang's Puck's recipes made with Alaskan King Salmon filets. Wild Salmon is best to use. If you live in the Pacific, Alaskan salmon would be affordable, but if you live on the Atlantic side of the country, Atlantic salmon would be more affordable (though wild is harder to find). Either way, using wild over farm-raised is preferred due to the superior taste.

    The peppery taste of the watercress makes a great balance with the watermelon. Add the onions and the pine nuts and it tastes even better by giving it an added dimension. I enjoyed this salad recently and thought I'd share it here. The best thing about this salad is that the watermelon fills you up and you don't feel hungry after. I'll be making this often especially now (June) and through late August when watermelons are at their best and available without breaking the bank.

    Since I can remember my mom made this dish. It was one of our favorites and both my sister and I continue to make it for our family. Best thing is that it is quick and easy as can be to prepare.     The Old Inn on the Green in Marlborough, Massachusetts makes this delicious variation on pecan pie that has a puff pastry crust and a crunchy rum-scented filling. It is glazed with apricot and dusted with confectioners sugar. I've provided directions on how to blind bake pastry crust. It is long and packed with detail, but don't let it scare you. It's pretty easy to make, but figured that the detail is needed for those who haven't blind baked pastry before.

    Every summer I grill vegetables in a grill basket with the ingredients listed which I've developed. It beats plain grilled veggies as these flavors are pumped-up, delicious, healthy and makes a great accompaniment to grilled meats or fish. If you don't have a grill basket, the veggies can be skewered instead (I would recommend buying a grill basket because it makes it so easy). Note that nutritional value listed isn't correct because it is counting full measure of marinate ingredients. The marinate ingredients are mostly cooked off during grilling.

    Beignets are SOO delightful and fun to eat. No wonder they are popular in New Orleans. Make these for Fat Tuesday and it'll transport you to Louisiana. These are light and airy and made from a puff pasty dough which is the traditional dough used in New Orleans. Enjoy! Note that the totals within Nutritional information is not correct. It is taking into account the full measure of oil which the beignets are fried in. It also takes the 2 cups of Creme Anglaise (Vanilla Sauce) into account. Depending on how much you like Vanilla Sauce, you may not use all of the measure.
