This is a wonderful tasting easy to make (microwave).
Tastes great on apples, bananas, oranges, ice cream, fingers...
I searched and searched and didn't find one just like this.
Try it, you'll like it!
I got this recipe from an old Church Cookbook. The pages are falling out and I am afraid this one will be lost. Papa Rooster made me go buy another ice cream freezer on Father's Day. Mine wouldn't work and he HAD to have his Father's Day Fix of this wonderful stuff.
These are great to bag up for gifts or to just have around for family snacks. The not so spicey version was a hit for the 2nd grade Christmas party and the little ones at the family gathering. The spicy version was a hit at the family Christmas gathering.
While the sourdough bread was rising, I decided to cook a big breakfast. I had that extra sourdough starter that I always have after mixing up the loaves. I looked up sourdough biscuits on Zaar and then it dawned on me that I could probably just use the BISQUICK that I had just made. Anyway, I'm making a short story long -- again -- they turned out great!
