I got this recipe from one of the cookbooks I bought in the Johnson & Wales bookstore. I like to make this one when I have the time.

    Recipe #451284

I first learned how to make this when I was in fourth grade, & have been going back to it ever since. I literally make it whenever I'm bored, hence the name. This recipe can be adapted any way you'd like, so you can use fresh chicken as opposed to canned. However, I use the canned chicken to save time. & from what I hear, it's even better the next day.

    Recipe #448188

I found this recipe online a while back, & opted to make it for Thanksgiving instead of the usual cranberry sauce (that no one ever ate). They were a big hit, & I've been making them ever since. You don't have to wait for Thanksgiving to make them, though.

    Recipe #446975

I tried to replicate the buttercream from the Good Housekeeping cookbook, mainly because the book fell apart & the page got lost. I made this for my father's birthday cake, w/ the addition of coconut extract in place of vanilla. Very good.

    Recipe #446370

I like to make this for parties, or just on a regular day. It's very versatile.
