    This is a delicious healthy side dish. Pretty enough for company, but kids enjoy the sweet taste! Fresh squash is easy to cook in the microwave, but frozen tastes just as good. For the milk, I used nonfat, my neighbor uses Mocha Mix to make it non-dairy. From my neighbor, Tiffanie, who is the best kosher cook ever!!

    A delicious and easy weekday meal. A little bit spicy, but you can adjust the seasonings to your taste. I have been making this about once a week since I discovered it! The recipe was from the Alsaka seafood fishery- published in an advertisement.

    These are delicious, moist cake squares that are simple to make. I made them 3-4 times this holiday season and received many compliments. My husband prefered them without the chocolate chips. Adapted from Martha's new Everyday Food magazine.

    an easy and very low fat cookie that is suitable for passover. Using citrus juice stabilizes the meringue so you don't need cream of tartar or vinegar. This makes a light cookie that is chewy inside- if you'd like a drier meringue you can bake at 250 for an hour then turn the oven off and leave it in for another hour- those taste more like the meringues you can buy at the store
