    This is the vest!! Found this recipe 26 years ago. It was first dessert I made after becoming a Type 1 diabetic. The secret is using apple juice as the sweetener. Equals 1 1/2 fruit exchanges, 1 bread exchange and 2 fat exchanges

    This is our favorite squash casserole. A change from the same old squash casserole that everyone serves. I especially like the fact that you don't pre-cook the squash. I'v been asked for this recipe when ever I take it to a gathering. Enjoy!

    This is a favorite in our house for Spring and Summer. A layer of cake with a delicious filling topped with whipped cream. It freezes well and is always a hit at get togethers. I have given this recipe out many times. I got it from taste of home many years ago. Chilling time is not included in the cooking time.
