    This is an easy appetizer to make and enjoy. I've used both french bread and bagettes with this recipe, but I imagine you could use any kind of crusty bread, (sourdough, etc.).

    This is a simple, easy recipe I make on nights when I don't feel like making something that's time consuming or when the weather is cold. I also substitute 3 cans (12 oz.) of chicken if I don't have time to cook the chicken breasts. Some variations yield different flavors, ( substituting cream of chicken for broccoli cheese, etc.) so be adventurous! :)

    This is an easy, throw-together broccoli soup. I've made it many times and it is always a hit, especially on a cold day. It can be doubled or tripled, and I have even made it in a crock pot, (although you have to use the low setting so it doesn't scorch).

    This is a recipe I created, from my cravings for a nice creamy soup, on a cold night. Pair it with a piece of crusty bread and a salad, and you have a meal. Enjoy! :) **Optional** You can vary the flavor by using 2 different cans of soup, (cheddar cheese, cream of potato, or cream of chicken soups) or use 2 of the same. The choice is yours. When I make this, I use 2 tablespoons of black pepper, but I gave the minimum amount, for those who don't like pepper much. Also, you can spice up the soup a little by adding a couple of dashes of hot sauce, or 1 diced jalepeño, when combining ingredients in the beginning.
