So, So simple, delicious and addictive meatballs!!! I took these to work often when I worked at our largest newspaper. The aroma permeated all 5 floors, so many people (mostly men) from different departments stopped by to make sure they got some before they disappeared. I used 5 lbs of frozen small meatballs and they were gone well before day's end. (We also had tons of other goodies) I make them for reunions, etc. and everyone loves them BUT...., men in particular loved them most. I personally can't get enough of them and I'm a female!!!

    Recipe #480162

I was given this recipe at least 30 years ago and have yet to find anyone that doesn't love it. (Providing they like seafood) I always use haddock as I'm from Maine. Fresh is expensive right now but as far as I'm concerned there's no better tasting white fish. Can use frozen haddock or another white fish . Simple to make but soooo yummy...Don't worry about the mayo..I Promise you will not taste it.

    Recipe #449701

This is fairly easy and delicious. If you like pot roast and gravy this is a close 2nd. I am not very good at measuring, so taste as you go and add extra salt, pepper, broth, Thyme, etc. a little at a time to suit your taste. I also don't always pay attention to how much time it takes to prepare or cook things but this is very forgiving. Please don't leave out the parsnips if you can help it. They are sweet and wonderful and in my opinion make the dish. It's still delicious with just carrots but more so with parsnips. This is a small/quickie version of my Mom's pot roast that I have received many, many compliments and requests for. The last time I served her pot roast to guests they didn't speak until they were almost finished eating. Love this with crusty bread, home made relish and a simple salad if you want.

    Recipe #446776

This recipe came from a co-worker of my best friend. It's absolutely delicious and somewhat rich. Please don't be put off by the ingredients. I promise you they are great if you like scallops and rich seafood. Perfect when having guests. They will never guess how simple they are to make. I have had lots of compliments on these and have given out the recipe to many. They in turn have shared. Trust me these are wonderful! I haven't tried it yet, but you could probably add other fish as well. I would like to try haddock (I'm a Maine-iac) and lobster.
