    I watched Clair Robinson from TV's "5 Ingredient Fix" make this today and decided I needed to try it. I totally LOVED it. It is so creamy and so good! I couldn't wait and dove right in..... burned my tongue, but soooo worth it! This would be a huge hit at a brunch.

    This is a great recipe to use up produce in your refrigerator before it goes bad. Not only is this recipe cost effective and it reduces waste, but it is divine! Feel free to add whatever vegetables you have on hand such as zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, shallots, hard squash, frozen vegetables..... the list of possibilities is endless. I added cherry tomatoes and they were awesome! Serve with a salad and crusty bread.

    I wanted a one dish recipe that utilized my crock-pot, but was not a casserole or mixture of items. This recipe accomplished the feat making delicious turkey burgers and a side of cheesy farmhouse pasta! Best of all, it makes dinner for 3 and then lunch for the next day or even a side dish for dinner the next night! Perfect if you have some place to be for a few hours and will be returning home at dinner time. No scrambling on school or work nights!     I came up with this Chili after trying to match the ingredients in recipe #328352 - an OUTSTANDING recipe! It is so delicious, I figured I would share my version for those who do not have the products for Liza's FABULOUS chili recipe. The different peppers add a number of levels of heat to the chili and the different flavors are discernible. I do believe this is the best chili I have ever put in my mouth! If you do not like spicy foods, keep searching. This chili is spicy, but certainly not over the top torture! I found it paired well with Amstel Light, Corona and Negra Modello!

    This is the way I make mashed potatoes to accompany a special meal. My family goes crazy over these creamy mashed potatoes and no matter how much I make, I never seem to have any left over. This is fabulous with beautiful cuts of steaks. You could possibly sub cream cheese mixed with sour cream for the mascarpone cheese, although I have never made them this way.. There is, of course, a recipe for mascarpone cheese substitute here on Zaar.

    Great little meal with not much effort. The potatoes are so good you will find yourself wishing you had a made a double batch.... we did!     I used this creation on cheap cuts of Round Steak and a 1.5 pound London Broil and was surprised how tender the steaks were and the sauce was delicious. I also used it on chicken and it was an equal success. The marinade doubles as a sauce when simmered with shallots. Try on different cuts of steak, chicken or even pork.     Licor 43, or Cuarenta Y Tres, is a bright yellow liqueur made by Diego Zamora S.A. in Spain. It is made from citrus and fruit juices, flavored with vanilla and other aromatic herbs and spices, in total 43 different ingredients. It is 31% alcohol by volume at 62 proof. <br> Licor 43 has gained increasing popularity within the last years and is more and more often used as an ingredient for a cocktail named "Caipirinha 43", in where it replaces the commonly used cachaca. Although the liquor is popular and available all over the globe, it is only recently that this liqueur is finding itself in regular liquor stores in the USA. Previously it was found in specialty shops and liquor stores of notable size.<br> The history of this fine liqueur supposedly dates back to the ninth century B.C.E when Phoenician traders found Carthage. The culture that emerged soon found themselves noted for their libations. The Carthaginians were repeatedly invaded and overrun throughout history, but managed to hold onto the recipes of their liqueurs. One of these ancient recipes survived and ingratiated itself into the Spanish culture and was even present on the trans-Atlantic voyages of Columbus. The recipe contained forty three different citrus fruits, aromatic plants and other ingredients. It came to be known simply as ‘Cuarenta Y Tres’. <br>
