I saw this recipe on the Food Network and converted it to a lower sugar/ lower fat recipe.

This is a quick and very delicious way to make breadsticks. You can also mix in onions and herbs to give it more flare, but I like them this way. You can also get creative and roll out 24 individual strings of dough and twist two together at a time to make garlic twists.

This was the most tender and tasty version of liver and onions I ever had. The broth and the dredged flour on the liver makes a very nice gravy. It is good served over rice or with mashed potatoes.

This sounds unusual, but I always loved putting boiled eggs in my tuna, so I just turned it inside out. Since there are no egg yolks, it is better for the cholesteral. It is also super high in protein. Did I also say, it is delicious.

    Recipe #446399

This is a healthier version of a recipe I found here online.

    Recipe #446045

A lower fat alternative but just as tasty and cheesy. Top with cherries or if you want, bananas foster.

The shrimp picks up such a delicious flavor from soaking in the marinade and being cooked in its own shell. These can also be done over a grill instead of frying. My family had fun peeling and eating these until they all were gone...... The calorie and fat content are not as high as the nutritional facts show because you discard most of the marinade, which contains most of the calories and fat.

I used catfish in this recipe, but it is good with any kind of fish.

You can use your favorite game meat for this chili. I used the venison and wild boar because they were easier for me to find. You want to add the vegetables in layers in order to get a complex flavor throughout. I do not like beans in my chili, so if you are a bean lover, just add a can of kidney beans to the recipe.

    Recipe #442330

You can use any of your favorite herbs in this. Basil, Rosemary, Oregano, Cilantro, etc. I used Cilantro and Dried Jalepeno, to give it a little kick, but I imagine Basil and Oregeno would go well with any pasta dishes. For best results, cook on a grill, although an oven broiler does a wonderful job as well.

I grew up in Pennsylvania and we hunted deer every year. One of my all time favorite ways to eat venison was in a stew. This is my version of Venison Stew. This is a thick and hearty stew.
