This is a simple recipe based that most of children will like. These fish balls can be served as appetizer with a salsa sauce or as starter with the suggested vegetable mix (salad). I used potatoes that after boiling, peeling and mashing they hold together. If you don’t have this kind of potatoes, please add 1 egg and some 2 or tablespoon of flour.

I tried this crumble variation with tea masala spices and this came out really delicious. You can try with your favorite spices mix or with my Recipe #448067 mix (quantity to taste). What’s the difference between a British crumble and an American crisp? According to http://www.fromkarenskitchen.com/tips/types_of_cobblers.php this is the answer: The traditional crumble topping contains flour, sugar, and butter but may also include oats, nuts, and spices. As more of these ingredients are added, the crumble becomes even more similar to a crisp.

I prepared this for us 4 for Valentine's Day 2012 and will keep this delicious souvenir here. I roasted at hot temperature the chicken in the skillet and I continue cooking at low temperature in the oven (65°C/150°F). This is not possible with every kind of oven. If you don’t have simply cook the chicken through and serve immediately. Read more about low temperature chicken under: http://www.seriouseats.com/2010/04/sous-vide-basics-low-temperature-chicken.html

This is a basic dish that needs some preparation of the ingredients, but it is quickly prepared. In Vietnam this is served with a choice of greens, rice paper sheets, fresh mint and don't forget the dipping sauce (nuoc cham). Note: I served this with the ingredients I had on hand. Suggestions for the nuoc cham: Recipe #422518 and Recipe #420383. (Recipe revised after review of JustJans)

This is a traditional recipe from my fathers family. There a many versions of them. For this reason I will give alternatives for the ingredients. Traditional it is eaten with Parma ham and rucola. You can fill it with cheese or whatever you like. These should be more cripy than mexican tortilla and should be eaten just after cooking. Don't store them tight, they would turn too soft. Fold the warm piadina and fill it with your favorite ingredients.
