I just chopped up a bunch of ham ends and pieces leftover from a big event. Didn't want to just make ham salad and mangos are ripe, so I put them together and then looked around for the pop and it was balsamic. Yum. It can be a salad, side or used on top of a cracker or cucumber slice.

The salt on the pretzels really accentuates the chocolate and peanut butter. Make these milk chocolate, semi sweet or dark chocolate covered.

    Recipe #479364

Delicate flavor. I have modified a recipe from one of my cookbooks to this. This is excellent served with strawberries, other berries, fresh mango, pineapple and/or bananas.

I have nowhere to proof dough as I Live in Florida and only turn the heat on every 5 years or so. I was so glad to learn this from some cooking show on PBS.

    Recipe #479028

Puffy, crisp and high sides with a tender bottom. The lowfat content of the milk and the cornstarch replacing some of the flour in other recipes insure the puffy crispy sides.

Found this at A Spicy Perspective blog. I love that it has avocado (I have 2 trees) and I love it is a large batch. Just scale it down if you just want some for right now.

When I eat thin, I like it crispy. Here's how to do that. There are a bunch of tips and tricks here. EASY!!!

We have all had Velveeta/Rotel queso. This smooths it out and takes it up a notch.

    Recipe #478617

This hits the right spot between making an immense amount with fresh tomatoes or just using paste.

Remember when you could buy a 4 inch wide by 18 inch piece of paper with little sugar dots for a penny? I would get them at the local bakery. You can now make them or make them smaller for cake decoration. The good thing is that you can make them any color you need.

    Recipe #478614

Wonderfully refreshing. Even creamier than regular Vietnamese iced coffee.

    Recipe #478613

Found this on the Taste Spotting Blog. They showcase it on a grilled cheese with mozzarella, avocado and spinach. I can imagine many other uses.

    Recipe #478612

This is smooth and lovely with a note of brightness. Great for sandwiches, wraps or salads. It is particularly good for a picnic as there is no mayo. Ingredient quantity is not set in stone. Blend it til you like it.

    Recipe #478611

    Rich and bright flavored dip.

    Recipe #478610

This sauce can be your go to for making creamy veggies, chicken, fish or other protein. You can even use this to make creamy pasta. Or mix it up and make a one dish dinner. This will sauce about 8-12 oz of "stuff"

    Recipe #478609

I have looked for years for a way to can avocados. I have finally given up on that. Freezing seems to be the only way. Those of us with trees in the yard get this abundance that cannot all be consumed. If you know another way, let me know. I will experiment with drying, however that will give a completely different result.

    Recipe #478601

This is a real money saver!!! I noticed a recipe Cream of Something and then found 20 other variations on the same thing. This is my variation. If you compare mine to all the others you will notice I leave out the bouillon and herbs. This is so you can flavor it at time of use with the herbs and bouillon flavors that compliment your recipe. I also prefer to use the Better than Bouillon in a jar (or other brands) as the first ingredient is always whatever the flavor is...beef, chicken, lobster, mushroom, etc.
