Just in time for game day and holiday gatherings, this is really yummy. Serve on celery or crackers. It's a small quantity, if you're serving a crowd you might want to triple this recipe.

    Recipe #259216

Trick them into believing you made this super yummy soup from scratch, but just toss in a few ingredients. It takes all of 10 minutes and it's yummy.

    Recipe #204505

I got this from a cookbook some time ago, though I'm not sure where now.

    Recipe #226531

If you do not like soy milk, you may be surprised that you like this smoothie. You cannot taste the soy at all, and the vanilla flavor adds to the wonderful blend of flavors in this smoothie. This is a VERY thick smoothie, and I use it to substitute meals, esp. breakfast. Adding a powder vitamin mix, such as Citriboost or other powder/liquid vitamins works like magic in this smoothie. I use a packet of Splenda to sweeten this but 1/2 tsp. of sugar works too. I have never tried this with milk, I'm not sure it would come close to the same as mine. (this stores wonderfully in the fridge! I just put the lid on the blender container and toss it in the fridge for tomorrows breakfast!)

Major Yumminess! These have kick and taste great!

    Recipe #104091

This recipe cut the calories in half and the fat by 2/3's. It tastes fantastic and it's super duper easy.

    Recipe #102096

I'm posting this for all my cooking buddies who will soon have a great abundance of pumpkin to use :)) Enjoy!!

    Recipe #103169

Very easy, very fast. Kids love to help with these and I get asked for the recipe everywhere I take them. The ingredients are kind of a baseline for your own methods. I usually make several packages of tortillas at once.

    Recipe #261140

I grill a couple chicken breasts with a mesquite rub and cut them into strips to toss into the individual containers for this dish before freezing it. I cut down the fat by using some chicken broth, the lower fat content made it easier to freeze and tastier to reheat.

    Recipe #119531

YUMMY!! What an indulgence (sp?) anyhow, these are fantastic! Break tradition, invite people over for breakfast at night instead of that boring old pot roast.

    Recipe #103170

I've seen how much teen boys can eat. I don't know where they put it all, empty limbs maybe? If you're on a budget and you're trying to cook OAMC... this recipe can help a lot. It's affordable to make, easy and I think they're tasty. The recipe calls for those refrigerated biscuit doughs but I've made bread/biscuit dough myself before and it worked just as well. That was a time the refrigerated dough was a bit more than my budget would allow. This makes 60-80 cups depending on what dough you use and the size of the muffin tins you use. It's written to be baked but most of the time they just nuke it, nuked bread.. ew. Anyhow, if you have more than one teen it's a great recipe. If your kids don't like onions just put some onion powder in the mix, they won't know it's there then.

This is my stock recipe for my personal pan sized pizzas which are about 6-7 inches in diameter. Each batch of dough makes 4 pizzas. The crust on these is crunchy, we don't like the thick pan style pizza here. Also, the thicker crusts don't bake up as well because the centers just don't heat as fast due to density. I make these 3 styles, Cheese, Pepperoni and 3 meat (pepperoni, Italian sausage and bacon crumbles which I buy at Sam's Club prepackaged). I think you'll like these, I get tons of orders for them. OH BUY SOME 8" CARDBOARD CAKE ROUNDS (available at most craft stores, and Walmart in the craft dept.) The pizzas need a hard surface to freeze on. So much better than store bought, you'll never go back.

    Recipe #119371

A tasty fancier version of pesto pasta.

    Recipe #119532

    Recipe #116937

Fighting the dry edges of a frozen burrito is very challenging, this is one of my solutions. Presteaming makes the tortilla moist for freezing, I strongly suggest you do so.

    Recipe #117846

This is a basic chili recipe, no frills nothing special. I've learned that this is fantastic to keep in the freezer... Chili, chili burgers, chili hot dogs... possibilites are endless. I love this for a quick chili burger, I fry up a burger patty on the foreman grill, put it on half a hamburger bun, put chili on it, onions on it and shredded cheddar cheese on it. UBER yummy and takes about 8 minutes to make.

    Recipe #116945

The caloric value of this changed from 381 a serving to 171 a serving; 22 grams of fat to 3 grams of fat. This tastes like a million dollars also.

    Recipe #102952

Very yummy, fairly easy to make. Another OAMC recipe I use in my catering biz.
