There's a local restaurant chain where I'm from that's famous for their chicken salad and ever since the location closest to me shut down I've been trying to recreate their chicken salad, but to no avail :( However, this version was actually pretty delicious in it's own way. The paprika and dill combine to form a unique taste.
This recipe is from a "Calling All Cooks" local phone company cookbook. When I made it I was snowed in and all out of fresh veggies, so instead of the onion and bell pepper, I just added Mexican tomatoes for some flavor.
This is my grandmother's meatloaf recipe that I've added a little extras to. It has been a hit with all of my friends as well as my husband's family. Though I'm not a big fan of meatloaf myself, I'm told this is the best there is!
This is a recipe from Pillsbury's Slow Cooker Recipe book that I've altered slightly. The fennel seeds and paprika really give the tenderloin a fantastic taste! Though the Yukon Gold and sweet potatoes go great with the pork, any potato will work.
