yummy homemade sweet chili sauce. good for dipping, or stir fry's, etc.
For less heat, use 1 tsp chili peppers.
For variation, try blending half the chili flakes.
For a little sweeter flavour, add 1/2 instead of 1/3 cup sugar.
after trying about 5 semi-disappointing pizza recipes i found online. i combined them and made my own, we love it. we generally use a large rectangular pan to make a thin crust pizza, but u could also make 2 smaller thin crust pizzas, or one thicker crust pizza. you can freeze the second crust for later use.
this recipe can also be made without the potato starch, and instead bumping the tapioca starch up to 90g.

well i tried multiple kinds of over-priced bread from the store, and a few mediocre recipes. all in all i decided to make one up myself and this is what i came up with. it is pretty delicious, my husband will actually eat bread again, and the kids like it too. its best fresh, but still pretty good the day after, and it freezes well if freshly frozen.
White cake served with cooked fruit, delicious! Very adaptable to preference
(To make this recipe gluten free i use a premix of:
2 cups brown rice flour, 2/3 cup potato starch, 1/3 cup tapioca flour blend and measure the same as you would wheat flour.
Also sometimes i use more fruit, i like to use about 3 to 4 cups
Homemade onion soup with homemade broth, excellent flavour. Great just as a broth, or turn it into French Onion. I actually like this recipe best with a ham/pork stock or beef stock the best. I make my own stocks so they are very rich in flavour which makes a big difference in the end result.
