Boneless Skinless chicken breasts stuffed with a slice of fresh tomato and a thin slice of deli mozzarella cheese then covered with bacon strips and baked

    Recipe #517460

If you've never tried Butterkase cheese now's the time. It's a very mild, creamy cheese. This sauce is very creamy. I took it up another notch though by adding some shredded White Vermont Cheddar on top before putting under the broiler. Butterkase can be found in most cheese cases at your local grocery store. Boar's Head makes a wonderful Butterkase and you can purchase it at the deli counter or the cheese case. The same with the White Vermont Cheddar

    Recipe #517019

Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts butterflied then cut in half, seasoned and then pan fried to make some of the best chicken sliders outside of a restaurant. These are very easy to make, take little prep time or cook time and are economical.

    Recipe #516927

Moist, tender chicken breasts stuffed with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.

    Recipe #516879

Once flank steak or as it's also called London Broil can easily be placed in a marinade and baked at a high temp in the oven. This recipe makes a great gravy as well. This is a tasty, easy marinade that can also be used for a number of cuts of beef. I've put the minimum marinade time in the prep time

    Recipe #516876

This is a close copycat recipe for Ruby Tuesday's Blackberry Sweet Tea. Of course you can use any berry you prefer such as raspberry or strawberry or even mango works

    Recipe #516875

This recipe for canned green beans tastes as close to fresh beans that have cooked all day, that you can get from a can. I use organic green beans which I think make this dish even better. I prefer fresh to canned any day. But when you are in a hurry and don't have hours to snap and cook beans this recipe is a great alternative

    Recipe #516744

You can use other flat fish such as flounder or sole. I have found whiting to have little to no small while cooking. Best served with my recipe # 516674 Sweet Dilly Tartar sauce. We also enjoy serving this fish with Alexia Smart Classic Roasted Straight Cut Fries. The prep time includes the time the fish needs to sit in the refrigerator after breading

    Recipe #516675

Simple and tasty homemade tartar sauce. It's great with my Pan Fried Whiting Fish. I hate bottled, store bought tartar sauce so I came up with this recipe. Pairs great with my Pan Fried Whiting Fish recipe # 516675

    Recipe #516674

After watching numerous how-to videos about making sliders I came up with this method. It's a combination of methods all rolled into one. The actual recipe is mine though. The burgers come out perfectly sized each time. This recipe makes 15 burgers but I only make 6 at a time and freeze the rest. When we want sliders I just take out another 6 and let them thaw over night in the refrigerator.

    Recipe #516645

Fresh corn off the cob, baked. Very similar in taste to roasted corn on the cob

    Recipe #516638

Simple pork chop recipe. Takes little prep work or cook time. Perfect for a week night meal. The Grill Mates seasoning really makes these chops special. I would highly recommend using the exact brand and flavor.

    Recipe #516637

Simple and quick yet elegant enough to serve to company

    Recipe #516545

This is the only baked chicken you will ever need. This is perfect for Sunday dinners or when you are expecting company.

    Recipe #516539

Ham Steak that tastes like it's a holiday ham that's baked all day

    Recipe #516537

This recipe was actually a recipe failure. I was trying to make sweet potato fries but ended up with this dish. We actually ended up really liking it. It's a different way to make sweet potatoes.

    Recipe #516536

Inexpensive and easy to can't beat that. Even my pickiest of eaters asks for 2nds. This recipe actually makes enough meat and sauce to freeze half and make the dish a second time saving even more money.

    Recipe #516530

In just a few minutes you can have fresh off the cob, creamed corn. It's much better than canned cream corn and you know exactly what's in it with nothing you can't pronounce

    Recipe #516070

Using an inexpensive cut of meat you can make the most moist roast you've ever tasted. Even cold left overs remain moist and tender. Using this method also produces wonderful gravy to serve over the meat and potatoes

    Recipe #516068

The best homemade chocolate chip cookie warmed and topped with vanilla ice cream (we prefer Blue Bell) then drizzled with easy homemade caramel sauce. Or just make the cookies. These are the best chocolate chip cookies you'll ever make
