Super delicious, flakey, and light. Absolutely perfect and fresh flavor. They are easy to freeze --just flash freeze them on a baking sheet for 20 minutes, then put them all together in the freezer. Then reheat so you can eat freshly baked scones whenever you like!

    Recipe #516711

Found this recipe on the blog 1 Cup Awesome, and it is just that --awesome! Super easy and delicious. I plan on making this again and again! I loooove the crispy gnocchi.

    Recipe #515998

I found this recipe on the food blog, Cooking Classy. It was sort of a pain drenching the chicken in the egg mix and then in the panko mix, but fortunately I had people helping me! Delicious, and worth the work! It is helpful to freeze chicken breasts for 15 minutes so they slice easier, then lye breast flat and trim into two pieces through the thickness of the breast.

    Recipe #511595

I loooooove this soup! As a college student it's great for me because I make the broth and keep the cooked noodles and green onions separate. Then I'm able to make the soup on Sunday nights and assemble it whenever I want! Satisfies my Ramen cravings without the guilty feelings of eating ingredients I can't pronounce.

    Recipe #507093

Made these with some fresh dill I had on hand. Super yummy! I didn't have a hand mixer with a paddle attachment, so I just used a wooden spoon and mixed it by hand. That may have affected how light or "airy" they were, but they were still delicious!

    Recipe #504174

I have really been craving lemon-ey dishes lately, and this was absolutely perfect. I found it on the food blog, www.classycooking.com. I am enamored and obsessed with this delicious pasta dish, and had a difficult time restraining myself from eating the entire recipe. The combination of ingredients made it a unique, refreshing, and light pasta dish. Plus, it's quick--perfect for a busy weeknight meal. Also, I used extra lemon zest. I made half of a recipe and added zest from nearly an entire lemon.

    Recipe #503826

Fat, diagonal slices of carrot are tossed in a honey and olive oil glaze, sprinkled with sea salt, and roasted until golden. While they’re roasting you can whip up a batch of basic hummus, or fancy it up if you like. This recipe makes way more hummus than you need for the sandwiches, enjoy the leftovers as a dip with veggies, or with some crackers. You can also use pre-made hummus, as I did. This recipe came from the food blog, The Muffin Myth.

    Recipe #493143

This is a super healthy and delicious alternative to regular pancakes. I found the recipe on the FitSugar website.

    Recipe #492639

These are super easy to make, and they can be stored in the freezer for those times when you want to satisfy a sweets craving. Plus it's healthy! I found the original recipe on the blog, A Dash of Compassion.

    Recipe #484792

Years ago, my grandmother got this recipe from my aunt's first grade teacher! I don't like chicken all that well, but this recipe is delicious. ***Marinating time is not included in cooking and preparation time.

    Recipe #482003

A yummy breakfast pizza that tastes like bagels & lox. I found the recipe on the blog That's so Michelle. It's great for feeding a crowd!

    Recipe #481352

Great Spring cupcakes from the food blog, Love and Olive Oil. Room temperature eggs will be easier to incorporate into the batter. Set them out for 30 minutes before you start baking. If you’re in a hurry, simply place your eggs in a dish of lukewarm water for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Recipe #480924

I found this recipe over at the food blog, The Novice Chef. I made these for a friend's birthday and they were delicious!

    Recipe #480594

This pasta dish is delicious! I found it on the food blog, Heather's Dish.

    Recipe #478632

I got this recipe from Cooking Light. I loved it! Even my mother, who is not a big fan of cooked carrots, thought they were really good. A perfect side dish!

    Recipe #478630

This is my favorite way to roast butternut squash! It is delicious.

    Recipe #476068

I found this recipe on the food blog Kiss My Spatula. This was the first bread I've ever made, and it was easy and turned out great! The crust is the best part --super crunchy and crackle-y. It's best to eat on the first day, but can be wrapped up in foil and kept up to two days, reheated slightly before serving. The crust looses much of its crunch after the first day, however. I didn't have a Dutch oven, which is suggested in the recipe, so I used stock pot, which worked fine.

    Recipe #470761

A delicious salad from the food blog, Kiss My Spatula. The original recipe uses handfuls as measurements for the cherries and arugula, so I estimated about how much I used.

    Recipe #469977

I got this recipe from the cooking blog, Smitten Kitchen. I made these for breakfast for my family and they loved them! The scones are perfect for autumn.
