    Super delicious, flakey, and light. Absolutely perfect and fresh flavor. They are easy to freeze --just flash freeze them on a baking sheet for 20 minutes, then put them all together in the freezer. Then reheat so you can eat freshly baked scones whenever you like!

    I found this recipe on the food blog, Cooking Classy. It was sort of a pain drenching the chicken in the egg mix and then in the panko mix, but fortunately I had people helping me! Delicious, and worth the work! It is helpful to freeze chicken breasts for 15 minutes so they slice easier, then lye breast flat and trim into two pieces through the thickness of the breast.

    I loooooove this soup! As a college student it's great for me because I make the broth and keep the cooked noodles and green onions separate. The combination of ingredients made it a unique, refreshing, and light pasta dish. Plus, it's quick--perfect for a busy weeknight meal. Also, I used extra lemon zest. I made half of a recipe and added zest from nearly an entire lemon.

    I found this recipe on the food blog Kiss My Spatula. This was the first bread I've ever made, and it was easy and turned out great! The crust is the best part --super crunchy and crackle-y. It's best to eat on the first day, but can be wrapped up in foil and kept up to two days, reheated slightly before serving. The crust looses much of its crunch after the first day, however. I didn't have a Dutch oven, which is suggested in the recipe, so I used stock pot, which worked fine.
