    Recipe #363425

My husband loves hummus; me, I find it paste-y. I bought a jar of Epicure Hummus Dip Mix in an attempt to make a hummus that we both would like. I tweaked the Epicure Recipe found on the jar & this is what I came up with. It's not a traditional tasting Hummus; but, it makes both my husband and myself happy. Hope you enjoy. ( I borrowed the suggestion from another Hummus recipe to use a dab of sesame seed oil to get the same effect of tahinni.)

    Recipe #363379

I have made these a few times & always get rave reviews from my husband and friends. Add more jalapenos if you like them super spicy. The sauteeing & the cream cheese tend to mellow the heat of the jalapenos. I leave the seeds & membrane on the jalapeno to maximize on the heat. ENJOY!

    Recipe #356361

My brother-in-law made this soup for us & it was AMAZING!!! I think he got it from a Canadian Living Magazine....sooo yummy! You could use hot & spicy italian sausage or garlic sausage, etc...the possibilities are endless.

    Recipe #353029

This is a great recipe for using up leftover turkey!!! I doubled the recipe when I made it.

    Recipe #344117

This is a quick pizza to through together. What I especially love is that my kids devoured it even though it was covered in vegetables and there wasn't a piece of meat in sight. Substitute your own favorite vegetables (zucchini, onion, cauliflower), the possibilities are endless.

    Recipe #282624

Yummy breakfast or brunch for a crowd. Can kick it up a notch by adding hot sauce, onion, jalapenos-whatever you personally like!

    Recipe #276580

This is a great recipe for nights that you're pressed for time. Really easy & really yummy.

    Recipe #274379

This is an extremely easy, impressive appetizer. It is a pampered chef recipe that my friend and I tweaked until we got it just right. You can adjust the heat to your liking. (I prefer the heat, so I use 3 jalapeños.) You can also double this and use a larger sized Brie to accommodate a bigger crowd.
