Again, make sure to read ingredients labels so you don't end up thinking you're makins something Vegan and then be dissapointed (If you want to, but, if you're giving these cookies to other Vegans, you might want to make sure because some Vegans might get upset if they find out it actually had animal products in it, just an FYI).

P.S. You will need to refer to my "Vegan White Chocolate!" Recipe to make the White Chocolate unless you are one of the lucky ones to have found commercial white chocolate.
Here's a New Twist on the Classic Recipe. I found the Non-Vegan Version of this recipe while looking for healthy breakfast cereal when I stumbled upon Bob's Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli and their recipe was on the side, but it included eggs, so I modified it a little and here you go, a healthy version of a childhood classic that tastes better than the orginal (in my opinion, try it for yourself!)
After becoming Vegan 6 Months ago, I have been on the look-out for Vegan White Chocolate with no prevail. But I found a recipe online and modified it a little and here you go, the ever elusive VEGAN WHITE CHOCOLATE!!! (You can eat it as a bar or chop it up and use it in Vegan White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies- My Recipe will be posted soon!)

My Carnivore Husband Loves this!!! This is a dish that makes me proud to be Portuguese!!! I combined a recipe I found on this website with dishes I have had from my culture and came up with this. I always serve it over Basmatti Rice and everyone loves it. I have brought it to many potlucks and I always get asked the recipe
My Mom used to make the non-vegan version of this for us everytime we had any veggies in the house, I have now veganized it!!! I love veggies on their own, but this makes it even better!!! Tastes great on veggie burgers too!!!
I came up with this recipe after learning how to make the traditional "Eggie in a Basket" or "Toad in the Hole" from watching the movie "V for Vendetta", but then I thought that if the bread was cooked in a French Toast style, that would taste even better, and it did!!! Not something to have everyday, but maybe every Sunday as a treat, all ages love it!!!
