Again, make sure to read ingredients labels so you don't end up thinking you're makins something Vegan and then be dissapointed (If you want to, but, if you're giving these cookies to other Vegans, you might want to make sure because some Vegans might get upset if they find out it actually had animal products in it, just an FYI).

    Here's a New Twist on the Classic Recipe. I found the Non-Vegan Version of this recipe while looking for healthy breakfast cereal when I stumbled upon Bob's Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli and their recipe was on the side, but it included eggs, so I modified it a little and here you go, a healthy version of a childhood classic that tastes better than the orginal (in my opinion, try it for yourself!)

But I found a recipe online and modified it a little and here you go, the ever elusive VEGAN WHITE CHOCOLATE!!!     My Carnivore Husband Loves this!!! This is a dish that makes me proud to be Portuguese!!! I combined a recipe I found on this website with dishes I have had from my culture and came up with this.     I came up with this recipe after learning how to make the traditional "Eggie in a Basket" or "Toad in the Hole" from watching the movie "V for Vendetta", but then I thought that if the bread was cooked in a French Toast style, that would taste even better, and it did!!!
