Not in the mood for chocolate chip, but still wanting chocolate cookies, I adapted a crispy ginger recipe (231798) beyond recognition. I make half recipes usually so that's why some of the measurements look a little bit wonky.
These taste just like chocolate graham crackers to me.
With the winter being all wonky this year I wanted something to boost my immunity. I also love garlic for more than its anti-viral, antibiotic properties. I roasted half of the garlic but it should turn out well to use all roasted or un-roasted. Use home-made chicken stock for more nourishing benefits.

As a poor college student, my cupboards tend to be a bit eclectic. I didn't have all the ingredients for any of the crab cakes w/ sauce that I found on here. So I experimented a bit and these have been such a hit! The cranberrys really compliment the crab flavor.
Even though it is cooked on the stovetop this is as tender as if you had simmered it in the crock pot all day. I only make this for one, but it could easily be multiplied for however many people you are cooking for.
