Make a hamburger with a nice crust on the outside but still is juicy on the inside. These burgers are great on the grill, but will come out just as well fried in a pan on you're stove top. Enjoy.

    Recipe #357361

There are many different versions of Chili Colorado around. This one is mine. My family really, loves this stuff. It’s easy and quick to make, and it has a nice mild comforting flavor to boot. Make sure you use only cheap cuts of pork butt so it is really tender, and if you can get the western style ribs without bones for the same price use them, easier to cut up and a better value. I like to add whole tamatillos and half the chicken broth to the blender and give it a few good pulses to chop them up. You can use a 29 oz can of tamatillos instead of fresh, just drain them and do the blender thing. The potatoes (starch) are just in here as a thickener and should cook down completely. Enjoy

    Recipe #354480

If you have ever been to the Bavarian inn in Frankenmuth MI this what they use on top of their hot buttered noodles (crushed Ritz buttery crackers). I can taste them just writing this. Yum Yum. I use Maggi brand chicken bullion cubes in the box of eight. You can usually find them in the Mexican section of your super market. They are extra large, really soft and dissolve easily. Do not add salt to this recipe, the bullion is loaded with it and most people use salted butter so you should be covered there. Use more butter if you like, 6 ozs seems just right for me. Enjoy

    Recipe #353282

My family loves this stuff. It's a great way to use up eggplant from the garden, but don't let that stop you from picking some up from your local market. You will not be disappointed. The sour cream really makes this special, the same way it does on potato pancakes. I would like to thank James Craig for the basis for this recipe. Enjoy.

    Recipe #324098

Wimpy fries. If you like fried potatoes and cheese (who doesn't?) you are going to love this. Absolute family favorite and easy to make. The jalapeno sauce, which is optional, is very mild and adds a lot of flavor, not heat. Also, sometimes I like a couple of egg's over easy on the side with mine, just a personal preference. Enjoy.

She was looking for a low fat soup for her diet so I came up with this. We like to have this with Aunt Millie's low-fat honey wheat bread. 1 point for 2 slices. Try it, you'll like it.

    Recipe #189559

My family loves this soup. They call it Dad's world famous potato soup. I wouldn't go that far, but it is pretty awesome. Make the potatoes a little different in size when you cut them up, it adds to the complexity of the soup.

    Recipe #142906

Pumpkin cheese cake baked in 2 large store bought graham cracker crust pie shell's (make the crust if you wish, I'm lazy so I buy mine).

    Recipe #140943

This is my most requested recipe. If you follow the recipe it should not crack. Don't let the amount of steps fool you; this is really easy to make. Tips; Make sure the bottom of your oven is clean. The high temperature will make any oils left in your oven smoke. Use the same hand to line the pan as you do to mix the crust. Make sure your butter is soft and cool, not melted. If you don't have ginger snaps use all graham crackers. Crush them "FINE" in a large ziplock bag with a rolling pin. Crack all your eggs in a bowl, then just pour them in mixer (no shells). Reduced fat cream cheese, sour cream, and cookies taste great in this recipe. Enjoy
