I made this one day just throwing some ingredients from the fridge into a frying pan and my family loved it.

    Recipe #434883

Easy chicken soup made at home with basic ingredients.

    Recipe #433370

After having had lap-band surgery, I often need to add some protein to my daily intake. This is something I made that is very filling. My preferences are 100 calorie Muscle milk light and yoplait light yogurt (in the blue container). At BJs and Costco the muscle milk is in 8 and 8.5 oz containers.

    Recipe #426285

Made this up one night with some items from the fridge. Wife loved it and have been tweaking it here and there. The measurement on the dressing is not precise, I just give a couple of squirts here and there.

    Recipe #426015

I actually came up with this from a Beef pot pie recipe I have. I made it and everyone loved it, both chicken and beef versions. I did not post the beef because someone else has already posted the recipe.

    Recipe #425143

This is a recipe from my wife's grandmother. I would never eat chicken salad before, and soon as I tried this I was hooked. Ingredients are added to taste so I'm winging it for measurements.
