I got this Carrot Cake Recipe when I was living in Alice Springs,somewhere between 85' and 87' I have made it so many time I have broken a barrel to a salad shooter. It is really, really good and not very hard to make at all. I usually shred extra carrots and stick them in the freezer for an extra cake a month or two down the road.
Another one of my Favorites, I found this on the internet a couple years ago on another site and I have stayed pretty true to the recipe. I have turned on quite a few to Brussels Sprouts in the proccess also.
I LOVE THIS CHEESE BALL!!!! My Mother has been making this for years at the Holidays, I've been making it for about 23 years myself. I NEVER have any of this left after parties or the Holidays myself. Serve with Ritz crackers or any other nice cracker. And Enjoy!
This recipe has been in my family for years. It came from a family friend named Ellen Heath and it is wonderful. I serve it over meatballs, chicken or whatever I am in the mood for. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
