My husband and I developed this recipe over time.
Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Add zucchini, then soy sauce, black pepper sauce, barbecue sauce, and Marsala. After a few minutes add okra. In a separate sauce pan boil frozen artichoke for about 5 minutes ( just to get soft). Add the artichoke, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
