NOTE: To toast the walnuts, heat them in a small, dry heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat until they are fragrant and lightly toasted, about 8-10 minutes. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet to cool completely before using.
This is the chocolate lover's answer to panna cotta. It's quite similar to mousse but the gelatin makes it a bit firmer.
NOTE: To toast almonds, spread them on a baking sheet and bake in a 350*F oven for 6-8 minutes, stirring once or twice. Watch carefully to keep them from burning.
My favorite way to have chicken noodle soup. I personally am notorious for my love of lemon juice (I drink it straight) and this might be too tart for some people. Adjust amount of lemon juice to personal taste.
