My 29 yr. old daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out and had a very hard time with the swelling and bruising and she couldn't open her mouth for a couple of days so I came up with this recipe for her. Thanks to Leezah 4 for giving me the idea of using the Tang from her recipe #125895.
This is my standard loaf of white bread, good for anything. Very soft. I mix it in the bread machine then bake it in the oven.
As with all my bread, I let it cool and then slice the whole loaf and put in a freezer bag and freeze and then I can take whatever I need out and have fresh bread. This does not include machine and rising time.
In Canada, when we order chinese food, we always get this as an appetizer and I finally got this recipe right after much tweaking. It's flavour is right on and the pork is very tender. Does not include marinating time.
