This is some more of my comfort food. Reminds me of my Grandma, who was always looking for more ideas to do with Corned beef.

    Recipe #106733

My grandma used to make these, and she filled them with anything from beef stew, soups, to creamed meat, chili, and once with vegetables. Or you can even go to twice baked with these. Something different, hope you like.

    Recipe #106532

My mother made this as I was growing up, and it never had a name. A friend of mine her mom called them Hedgehogs. My little guy named them Pokey balls. My whole family likes them, and are a staple around here. I hope you enjoy.

    Recipe #104601

My sister and I have always loved tamale pie, but only had it at pot lucks. Our mothers version was from a box, and that was good too. Unfortunatly, they stopped making the kind in a box, at least they dont sell it here anymore. So with some trial and error we came up with this. Our families love it, and it is even better the next day. Very simple to make, and so tasty!
