    Delicious appetizer that will be a big hit when you serve it. My girlfriend made these years ago and gave me the recipe. I have made these many times over the years and everyone raves about them.

    Another of my Mom's excellent recipes. This is a perfect potatoe casserole if you are having 12 people over for supper and the taste is great. Cut the recipe in half to serve a smaller group of 6. This dish can be prepared the day before and then refrigerate until ready to use. Bring it to room temperature before placing into the oven, otherwise the cooking time will increase.

    I have never had wings that taste as good as these and this is the only recipe I use to make wings with. My girlfriend Betty gave me this recipe and she got it from her neighbor so it's starting to get around. Everyone that I have served these to absolutely loves them and goes well with a nice rice dish. Great for a large crowd and tastes good warmed up if there are any left overs.

    French cut green beans are my favorite and this recipe is positively fabulous. I found this recipe about 5 years ago in a cookbook that was dropped off at work and make it often as it gets a lot of requests. This can be prepared ahead and refrigerated overnight. When you are ready to serve this take it out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature and bake uncovered at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with remaining onions during the last 5 minutes of baking time. DELICIOUS!!
