Greek/Mediteranan style chicken with a unique creamy mango sauce. Prep time of 3 hours is a guess for minimal marinating time. Preferably I would marinate overnight.

    Recipe #70250

This is my own recipe done after some experimentation. It's quick and easy using a cake mix and cookies as the starting ingredients to make a truly unique gourmet dessert. The vermouth in the recipe is added to the individual served slices just before serving, allowing you to leave it out on slices served to children ;)

A nice hearty and health loaf of bread. Unlike most pumpkin breads this one is yeast risen rather than a quick bread. Yeast breads require a bit of expierence in judgement as to proper amount of flour to add at the end, so yeast recipes are not easy for first time bakers. But expierience has to start some where and this one is not that difficult.

    Recipe #68273

A really heavenly tasting Pumpkin bread. Makes a nice breakfast treat or a Holiday accompaniment or dessert.

East meets West in this unique blend of cranberries with other fruits. Makes a nice change of pace from the traditional cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving. Great as a sandwich spread with cream cheese too :)

    Recipe #67042

A nice tropical variation of the traditional hermit cookie. For another twist on this theme substitute diced dried pineapple for part of the dried dates.

I have not tried this recipe I am posting it for a request. It sounds marvelous and should make an excellent homemade Holiday gift too

    Recipe #65606

An interesting appetizer made from vegetables. It has no fish in it and really nothing in common with the fish egg product it's named for. I believe it takes it's name because it resembles the look of caviar. This recipe is from the Fannie Farmer cookbook twelfth edition 1979

    Recipe #65243

A nice fresh fruit treat, that is not too difficult to make yet very impressive.

    Recipe #65239

An easy and healthy dessert which makes an elegant presentation. Made with nice fresh fruit.

This is a delicious and easy to make diabetic cheesecake. I have added regular ingredient equivalents so that non-diabetics can enjoy it to. I have made this with Splenda as well as sugar with good results, however it has not been tested with other sugar substitutes such as Equal, so I can't vouch for the results if you try to substitute other sweeteners for Splenda. This is really good and just as good without the caramel toping using any sugarfree fruit toping of your choice. One reviewer had trouble keeping the caramel soft after melting, but I suspect she overheated it. In any case the reason for melting whole caramels was because this was originally an RSC contest entry and they were a requirement. That said, if you can find sugar free caramel ice cream topping feel free to substitute it, and you won't have to worry about the topping getting too hard.

This is a basic soap that is best left un-milled Not as fancy as milled soap in a fancy mold, but saves time and makes an excellent bar soap. The prep time listed is for the day it takes before you can cut into bars of soap. However the soap must cure for 3 weeks before use. The yield will depend entirely on the size of the bars you make.

A quick and easy to make meatloaf with a distinctly Mediterranean flavor. This meatloaf remains moist yet is firm enough to make a sandwich with as well.
