This came from an insert out of one of the many magazines I get each month. Would be better if not too many of these are prepared ahead of time, as the chips get soggy if left too long. Maybe just do a couple for show, and then have the bowl of shrimp mixture and chips separately. Tostitos scoops work best, to work as a miniature bowl to hold the salsa mixture better.
Not sure where this came from, but it dresses up instant chocolate pudding. Cooking time is chill time. You could even use the pudding to make Pudding in a Cloud, by lining the dishes with whipped topping.
This came from my dad, who is infamous for this dip. It's great for game parties, and freezes well if it's not all eaten first. The amount it actually makes is an approximate, as I've never actually checked.
Similar to crepes, my mom got this from a restaurant in Door County, Wisconsin when she worked there many, many years ago. We refer to them as 'roll-up' pancakes, and like them with jam, syrup, brown sugar, or peanut butter.
