This is my favorite way to make oatmeal. I'm sure you could vary the fruit to get different versions to try.

This is a recipe from Yoplait. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds like a great Summer dessert or snack. The recipe says you can use plain yogurt, but I think the vanilla would be much better.

This delicious smoothie comes from Ellie Krieger's "So Easy" Cookbook. I make it for my teen daughter to take with her on her way to school. I really have to whir the blender to get the frozen bananas incorporated, so next time I plan to cut my bananas into smaller chunks before I freeze them. I also halved the recipe and still came out with two decent sized smoothies. I think a full recipe would make three large smoothies.

This is one of our favorite Smoothie recipes. It is quick to make and so delicious too!

    Recipe #385077

This recipe is from a Yoplait Yogurt ad. It sounds delicious, and very simple. Berries, kiwi and either strawberry or vanilla yogurt atop a crumbled brownie - perfect! Prep time does not include baking time for Brownies

    Recipe #357489

This is one of my favorite, feel good meals. It's quick, healthy and delicious. I usually use cannellini beans, but any beans are good - garbanzos, navy beans, black beans. I just think the white beans look nice. All amounts are approximate. This is a very flexible recipe. Add more garlic, less garlic, Just remember that the spinach will shrink down even more than you might expect it too - so I use plenty of spinach. I like this as a vegetarian lunch, but it would be good as a side dish as well.

I have had this recipe for years. It's really easy, but tastes like something special. Add a green salad or fruit salad for a complete meal. Cook time does not include rice preparation.

A nice contrast between salty and sweet that looks great on a Christmas Plate. Very easy to make! I found them in a magazine, but not sure which one.

    Recipe #442526

This comes from the Dec. 2009 issue of BH&G. It looks great because it is so simple and healthy. No fat and 6 grams of fiber!

A green salad with edamame, feta and a sesame vinaigrette dressing. I found this recipe on a package of frozen edamame and found a sesame vinaigrette on this website that went with it perfectly.

    Recipe #287231

This comes from BH&G, April 2009 issue. It is a recipe that goes together quickly. The original recipe called for regular unsweetened coconut milk, but I use light coconut milk to cut back on the fat.

    Recipe #363682

This recipe comes from the January '10 issue of BH&G. The recipe calls for canned salmon - or salmon in the foil pouch, but I just used leftover baked salmon. I sent it wrapped in plastic wrap for my teenage daughter's lunch, and it was a hit!

I make these for my kids lunch, and they are the envy of all their friends. I even send extra, knowing that their friends will eat some too They are quite nutritious as well, and the recipe can be doubled easily. I usually make a double recipe and put them on a pizza pan or cookie sheet. I let them sit in the freezer for a couple hours, then move them to a resealable plastic bag. Then I pull out as many as I need. I pack their lunches in the morning, and the peanut butter balls are thawed by lunchtime.

    Recipe #352187

I found this in my local newspaper

    Recipe #486919

This comes from the Dec. 2009 issue of BH&G. I have not made it yet, but it sounds like it would be a nice Winter Salad. They suggest that you have the cheese at room temperature and use a vegetable peeler to shave it. Then, cover in plastic wrap until ready to use.

This came from BH&G (April 2009). The vinaigrette can be made ahead and refrigerated, and the Spinach Ravioli Salad goes together quickly for a speedy meal.

This comes from the Woman's Day, February 2009 issue. It is from the Eating Well/1-2-3 dinner section, so it's super easy - only 3 ingredients. The recipe calls for a red curry 10 minute simmer sauce from Thai Kitchen, but the program doesn't recognize it.

This super easy , 4 ingredients recipe comes from the July 2010 issue of Womans Day magazine. I love the Blue Diamond Wasabi Soy Almonds that are used in this recipe. The crunch of the almonds and the bite of the wasabi makes this a delicious entree!

    Recipe #431210

This recipe comes from the Dec 2009 issue of Woman's Day. It is an easy version of one of my favorite Southern Living Recipes that uses catfish. I think other varieties of fish would work well in this recipe as well as catfish - salmon, tilatipa and others.

    Recipe #408643

This recipe comes from Simple and Delicious Magazine - May/June 2006. It is an easy and quick recipe that we really enjoyed. I used my own pasta salad. Make the pasta salad ahead and it comes together in minutes. I used Gorton's Cajun Grilled Fish Fillets
