    I don't remember where I got the original recipe, but over the years I've "tweaked" it a few times and now it is just the way I like it. These eggs are very sweet, so don't eat too many! They can be covered with dark, milk, white or semisweet chocolate. My family prefers the semisweet. This recipe makes quite a few eggs, but they can be frozen. I usually add about 1 Tbl. of shortening to each 12 oz. bags of chips when melting. It tends to loosen it up a bit. I like to keep these refrigerated because I love them very cold. Serving size and cook time is approx. Enjoy!

    This is a recipe that I had and "tweaked" to make it healthier and lower in fat and calories. They are good for breakfast with a nice hot cup of coffee. I filled the muffin pan pretty full and got 21 muffins. I did line the muffin pan with baking papers that I also sprayed with cooking spray.

    I got this recipe from a friend's mom years ago. Everyone loves this cake. Emma made it for me when I was recuperating from surgery and I practically ate the whole thing by myself. It's great with strawberries and cream or plain with a nice cup of hot coffee!

    This is a simple soup that I adapted from a few recipes. I make the ham broth by covering a leftover ham bone with 12 cups of water and simmering it for a few hours. I chill it overnight and remove the fat. Feel free to add some of the leftover ham to the soup. I add the salt after the soup is done because the ham broth might be salty enough. Great with some nice crusty bread.
