A light and heavenly bread that has a wonderful taste and a soft fluffy texture. Make sure you grease your pans and you will be rewarded with 2 delightful loaves of bread. Same basic dough as used in my Recipe #341433. (Preparation includes machine time and rising time.)

    Recipe #348652

A rich and delicious fluffy roll with just the right amount of crust and an awesome taste! Try it with all ingredients called for, then if you have adjustments to make, by all means go ahead! Watch for the coloring on the rolls as you don't want to get them too dark! :) *Preparation time includes all steps except baking; depending on machine cycle length. Make SURE you grease your pan or they will stick, even on non-stick! Use 1 tsp salt as noted below if you are not on a salt restricted diet. Same recipe as used for my Recipe #348652

    Recipe #341433

I believe this is from a McCall's cookbook. I've had the recipe for so long I'm not quite sure but the pancakes are every bit worth the effort. Our family rates them ten stars! :)

    Recipe #176690

This recipe is by Sou Chan. This recipe seems to be a little more authentic then other recipes I have come across. A little extra work but well worth it. Cookie yield will depend on size. Preparation time includes blanching and roasting almonds. You can grind the almonds in the food processor to a somewhat fine consistency. (not powdered) How to's to blanch and roast almonds listed at the end of the recipe.

    Recipe #329688

I don't remember where the recipe originated but I do know that they are awesome!!!

    Recipe #177055

This recipe is from "The House of Chan Cookbook". The book was published in 1952 and was written by Sou Chan. He owned the famous House of Chan restaurant in New York. My aunt Theresa has made this dish many times and she still has the original book with its worn and yellowed pages. I recently purchased a used copy (much to my joy!) and thought I would post this much loved recipe. Prep and cooking times are approximate. (Depends on how fast you are...lol)

    Recipe #329689

A comforting and delicious "stew" or "soup" (Depending on whether you thicken it or not) that our family has been enjoying for many years. I hope you will enjoy it as well. :) Because the onion soup mix, steak sauce and the beef base contain so much sodium I do not use extra salt in the recipe. You may do so if you choose but please taste the "stew" first before salting. Ground beef can be substituted for the ground turkey.

    Recipe #177354

I believe this recipe came from a "Southern Living" cookbook. Everyone raved over the taste. It's a great recipe for the holiday season. The yams I used were huge, so I adjusted the portion size. You could probably stretch this out even further as a side dish with all the other foods you will be serving.

    Recipe #103795

Childhood memories abound in this dessert. My mother would make this for functions that I attended and it always garnered tons of raves and requests for the recipe. Inexpensive and delicious. Extremely easy to make. Recipe is not my own, I received it after making a request here on "Zaar". :)

    Recipe #154554

This came from a Southern Living Cookbook. It's a holiday tradition at our home. The recipe is requested everytime it is served. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. It is a cinch to put together, but tastes so heavenly.

    Recipe #141336

A delicious barbecued chicken dish that is flour coated and oven cooked prior to the barbecue sauce being added. It's a wonderful and easy dish with a little "kick" from the chili powder to serve to your entire family.

    Recipe #351964

Calders Dairy is a very well known Dairy farm in Michigan. They had an outlet in Lincoln Park, Michigan that I used to go to all the time growing up. They had the most sinful eggnog. :) Here is the recipe as it was given to me. It is rich and creamy.

    Recipe #175668

This is a recipe I created many years ago. Although I love green bean casserole, I decided to do some alterations and used mushrooms instead. I hope you enjoy it. It makes a wonderful side dish for many meats. :) ...(The canned soups are the normal sized cans at your grocers).

    Recipe #176040

A favorite family recipe I created many years ago. I thought I would post it to share with you all. If after you let the sauce simmer and feel you need to, add salt to taste but it is up to your discretion. Please go lightly on the salt!...The pork sausage is already seasoned. We enjoyed it just the way it is. My family used all the optional toppings! I hope you enjoy it as much as we have. :) We sometimes put cooked beans between the tostada and the pork sauce and then finish with the other toppings. If large tortillas are not available, make 6-8 tostadas using the smaller tortillas.

    Recipe #326467

A great coney sauce that my best friend Judy created one evening. It's on the sweeter side of life and oh so delicious! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. :)
