This lucious dessert is great for parties. It is easy to make, and very rich.

    Recipe #154757

One day, I was trying to decide what to make for dinner. I couldn't decide between tacos and chili. I really wanted something with a more mexican food kind of flavor, but I had a half-used can of crushed tomatoes, and I wanted to use them up. So I made a recipe up, using whatever stuff I could find in my pantry. Both I and my husband absolutely loved it, and though I'd made enough for probably at least 4 people, the two of us finished off the whole thing!! I make it using stew chunks that I mostly minced in the food processor, leaving a few good-sized pieces. That added a nice texture to the dish. But, ground beef is easier. This is excellent by itself or in burrito shells. Eat as you would eat other taco fillings, i.e. with lettuce, cheese, salsa, etc.

    Recipe #110539

Creamy. Delicious. Lurid purple. What else could anyone want, in a pie? This recipe is incredibly tasty, the bananas a perfect addition to the sweet berry custard.

    Recipe #313250

This recipe is simple to make and tastes incredible! The rice turns out fluffy every time. I like to make it when I'm not feeling well, as it is very soothing on the stomach, but its also great as a side dish.

    Recipe #349820

Rich, creamy and savory, this healthy recipe is an easy to make meal with little prep work required. This goes very well with bread, especially Pita bread. My husband has described this as a degenerate Moussaka.

    Recipe #148048

These sumptuous little shrimp are incredibly flavorful. They're perfect served over rice. This would also be really excellent with scallops.

    Recipe #328402

Having bought a young coconut, I had to then find something to do with it. This cake was the result. It is soft, tender, and exotically spiced.
