These are really basic, you can spice yours up by adding parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes to the mix, you can stuff a cube of mozzarella inside the meatballs... When I have red wine in the house, I also drizzle a cup of red wine over the meatballs and sauce before baking! Feel free to adjust as you like!
Tasty, no-fail recipe. My husband loves these and so do I! We love them so much that no restaurant mashed potatoes can ever do! Use more garlic if you like and you can also add more pepper or a little smoked paprika. Use regular salt and it's good, using truffled salt makes it OH SO GOOD! So good, so easy! Portion size is perfect for 2 people
Super creamy, tasty polenta, made especially for 2 people. As far as creamy polenta goes, this recipe is pretty fool-proof. Starting the liquids off cold prevents clumps from forming. I've been using this recipe now for a while and it's pretty forgiving. Cheers!
