A quick drop biscuit recipe that can be made with just three to five ingredients. I have also made these with skim milk and fat free mayonnaise and they still taste great.
Note - 2 cups of self rising flour can be substituted for the first 3 ingredients.
This is a great recipe for the summer when lots of fresh vegetables are is season. Served this over couscous, but it would also be great tossed with penne pasta and parmesan cheese. I topped a pizza crust with the leftovers and mozza cheese and it was delicious.
Creamy pasta salad with lots of flavor from all the fresh ingredients. I made it for a family potluck and it was a big hit, everyone loved it. The veggies can easily be substituted for whatever kind you like or have on hand. This just happened to be what I had in my fridge the day I made it.
This is a great recipe for a busy night. It takes minutes to prepare and most people already have the ingredients on hand. I served this sauce with homemade spinach mushroom ravioli and used the leftovers for cannelloni the next night. It would be great served on any pasta.
