Beautiful presentation, always a crowd pleaser! It's a definite for a fabulous meal - brilliant with seared tuna steaks. A great little dish full of flavour, presentation and class.

    Recipe #101177

This is a traditional Italian sauce, its a rich sauce though so not a light meal! :) Enjoy! So very meaty, yum!

    Recipe #100106

Tradtional, Italian style, juicy meatballs. This can be cooked with beef, turky, chicken etc etc mince. It just depends on what your tastes are! This is a fab recipe!Serve it with a simple Sauce ( may I suggest my simple Italian Sauce ) as the meatballs have a flavour all of their own.

    Recipe #99982

Really quick and easy for a snack. Not gourmet but depending on any additions you apply to the recipe they could be! Very yummy though.

    Recipe #99862

Hmmmmmm, fatty - no good for bum but great comfort food! :) Sounds disgusting to most but after serving to people who have no idea what it is, it is asked for again and again!:) This is however best saved for a breakfast the morning after a night out and for people who are not on diets!

    Recipe #99772

I love this recipe, friends crave it, some have me over once a month just to cook this ( :P ) and my husband who doesn't eat soup and wouldn't even try lentils ate it up in seconds! I do love this, as its great tasting and well worth the effort! This is seriously something you must try! Its something I have perfected over the years, so my measurement are guesstimates but they are pretty spot on! This is one of those recipes that takes an afternoon to cook and tastes even better the next day, but this makes a lot of soup and it freezes so well its worth it! This is a thick soup so could be served as a meal!If you absolutely need to add meat, I cook a generous amount of thinly sliced prosciutto and serve on top of soup under the shredded Parmesan.

    Recipe #99564

This is great using Banana Capsicum ( basically a small banana shaped red capsicum that looks exactly like a huge chili) as I find that the usual sized capsicums are a little too much. Anyway, a great recipe!
