I must have found this recipe in a magazine somewhere. I wrote it down on a sheet of paper, and just now getting around to making it. Let me just say that this is a super yummy pasta. My boys loved it and for not having alot of ingredients it's very filling.
This recipe I got out of a "Tailgate Cookbook" that was published by American General Fincancial Group. This was thrown together rather quickly...and it's really good. I think it just tastes like a jumble of Snickerdoodle cookies with some apples thrown in. Yum!
This is AMAZING! It's from the All Recipes Cookbook. You can kind of decide if it's a salad or a casserole. To me it's best potato casserole I think I've ever tasted! I had to pull myself away from the pan and kitchen all together or I'd still be in there stuffing my face! This has been altered a tad for my taste...do as you see fit :)
This recipe is from Ma's Cookin' Mountain Recipes from 1966. Hope ya'll can speak mountain talk, cuz that's how Ima gunna post it...lol
