I had been wanting to make a raw treat for my sister, so we decided to make banana pudding yesterday. We just topped ours with leftover raw graham cracker crust crumbs but now that I think about it, it would probably be great with raw chocolate ganache, nibs, berries, or even more sliced bananas! :) For more recipes like this, including raw vegan graham cracker crust, visit

    Recipe #435217

This was my first time ever making Kale Chips. I found this recipe online from They were so yummy! A great way to eat your greens-you could easily eat a whole head of kale in one sitting. :) For more raw/vegan recipes check out

    Recipe #433942

I found this on Gone Raw. I had been dreaming about making it for sometime and finally decided to treat myself on Memorial Day. Very good, a much healthier version of a classic cookie! (Cook time is dehydrator time) More recipes like this one at:

    Recipe #428698

This recipe is from Veganlicious. Although none of the raw corn chip recipes I have made have turned out like traditional corn chips, this one is my favorite so far. Great with fresh salsa! Cook time is dehydrator time.

    Recipe #428697

From Matt Amsden's RAWvolution. This actually does taste like mashed potatoes! It has a great flavor and the macadamia nuts give it creamy texture.

    Recipe #428689

This recipe hails from Gone Raw. This is a very basic cracker, so you can add veggies, herbs, or other seasonings to make different flavors. They are very mild tasting so they will pair nicely with different dips, pates, etc. I used them as a pizza crust. By the way, although I kept the title from Gone Raw (No-Wheat Thins) I do not think they taste like traditional wheat thins. However they are still very good and easy to make! **Cook time is dehydrator time**

    Recipe #420686

I made these for Easter and my family loved them! They taste just like Reese's! :) I am not exactly sure about the measurements because I ad-libbed the recipe as I went along. Also, it might yield more than the amount I got because I did lots of taste-testing!

    Recipe #420685

I found this on one day while searching from raw cake recipes. I haven't made it yet but it looks really good! The recipe for date paste can be found here: Prep time is an estimate.

    Recipe #418169

Chocolate and greens? Yes, chocolate and greens! This was my first experience making a "green" dessert and it did not disappoint. The cacao masks the flavor of the greens and the result is a delicious (and healthy) cheesecake-like pie. I know it sounds a bit strange but give it a try--it's really very good. Recipe #417291

This is a great way to start your day! This smoothie is electric green in color and deliciously sweet from the pineapple and banana. In fact, if it weren't for the color, you wouldn't even know this is made with kale! More recipes at:

    Recipe #417290

From Jennifer Cornbleet's Raw for Dessert. This recipe makes enough for one nine inch pie or tart. This crust compliments a number of toppings so let your imagination run wild! :) Visit for more raw recipes and ideas.

    Recipe #416716

From This is a wonderful recipe for raw bread! I especially like to use it as a base for raw pizzas or to top with raw bruschetta. So good for you too! Prep time is an estimate. More at

    Recipe #416542

If you're like me, the idea of chocolate and avocados is not an appealing one. You probably think of some bizarre chocolate guacamole or maybe you wonder why anyone would want to ruin chocolate by added avo to it. I'm not a big fan of avocados, so I was hesitant to try this recipe for raw chocolate pots de creme which is made with avocado. Do not hesitate! This is so goooood!! Believe me when I say you can't even tell it's made with avo... This recipe is from Jennifer Cornbleet's Raw for Dessert. I added a little cinnamon to mine to give it a Mexican flair...more at This recipe is made with 1/2 cup date paste:

Today I made a Raw Moroccan Carrot Salad which I found posted on When I saw this recipe I got so excited because I had wanted to try a traditional Moroccan carrot salad a few months ago but didn't because I can't stand the taste of cooked carrots. I love trying new Mediterranean dishes, so this was perfect... more at **Cook time is really refrigeration time**

    Recipe #415834

To be used as a sweetener and thickener in raw recipes such as Chocolate Pots de Creme, Raspberry Jam, and Chocolate Pecan Pie. From Jennifer Cornbleet's Raw for Dessert. More at

    Recipe #415833

This recipe is slightly different from the one already up on Zaar and is from Jennifer Cornbleet's Raw For Dessert. Raw Chocolate Ganache can be used in a number of ways including as chocolate fondue, icing for raw cakes, fudge sauce for raw sundaes or just straight out of the blender! The coconut oil gives it a wonderful coconut flavor. The book says it will last in the fridge for 2 weeks. Once refrigerated, you will have to warm the ganache to obtain the proper consistency. You can either place a small bowl of ganache in about inches of warm water or pop it in the dehydrator for about 10 minutes. **Use either one of these techniques to melt the coconut oil for use in this recipe.**

    Recipe #415080

This is my modified version of a Palm Springs salad. I saw the recipe on the package of dates I recently bought and it sounded so good I had to try it. Plus, I just happened to have all the ingredients on hand!

    Recipe #414989

From The Complete Book of Raw Food. This recipe was submitted by Rose Lee Calabro. I had this for my breakfast today (day 3 of going raw) with a glass of fresh almond milk. Prep time is an estimate and cook time is actually dehdrator time.

    Recipe #414073

From RAWvolution. Yesterday was my second day of eating only raw food and I had this sauce with Zucchini Pasta. The book says it can also be served with raw cheese sticks and pizzas. Yum!

    Recipe #414071

From Matt Amsden's RAWvolution. I just made these and they are great! Even my non-raw family liked them! I will warn you, they are a bit messy, so only make them if you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty. ;) Cook time is dehydrator time.
