My DD found this in a recent issue of Taste of Home Healthy Cooking and made it for dinner. Although she subbed a combo of hot and mild sausage for the turkey links, it turned was great! Paired with Italian bread this was a filling and hearty soup, especially good on this raw, rainy Sunday night.

    Recipe #329142

There are a few similar recipes like this on Zaar, but none as quick and easy and made with only 5 ingredients! Served with either mashed potatoes or noodles and a veggie, this is my DD's favorite meal. I always make it for her when she comes home from college. (Note: for seasonings I always add some freshly ground black pepper and a dash of worcestershire sauce. Since I think the saltines add enough salt, I never put any in.)

    Recipe #321275

I found this recipe in the Coastal Journal while vacationing in Maine. It looks great and super-easy.

    Recipe #313899

I tried this while I was visiting my sister in North Carolina. A friend brought it over and I asked for the recipe immediately. It is a very good, easy and different pot luck salad.

    Recipe #224127

My DH had surprised me by making pasta and white clam sauce one night. However, he used all hot sausage in it and my girls do NOT eat hot sausage! After they picked out all of the pasta and clams (and went back to college), I was left with about a pound of left-over hot sausage. This soup is how I used it up with ingredients I had on hand. My DH loved it and I am posting it here so that I can make it again for him. (Serving size and cook time is approximate)

    Recipe #213234

Another festive favorite I like to make around the holidays. This is so pretty! (Cook time is cooling time)

    Recipe #198756

This is a family favorite and a must for the holidays.

    Recipe #198753

This is one of my favorite fudge recipes. Perfect for the chocoholic in your family!(Cooking time is cooling time)

    Recipe #198712

From TOH, this looks like a quick and easy weekday dinner for my DH. A good use for that occasional left-over kielbasa.

    Recipe #194027

From Aug./Sept. 2006 TOH Light and Tasty. This easy, cool dessert is rich enough to satisfy the chocoholic in my diabetic DH! (P.S. = Just don't tell him it's lo-cal, lo-fat)

    Recipe #193967

From TOH Cooking for 2. These crunchy fillets have just the right "kick" to them for my DH. Paired with a salad or "skinny" cole slaw, he can still have his fish 'n chips!

    Recipe #193959

From TOH Spring Cooking for 2. This quick, comforting soup is thick as a chowder and full of veggies. It makes a great lunch for my DH and I.

    Recipe #193953

I found this in the Fall TOH Cooking for 2. It looks perfect for my DH. Since it makes 4 mini loaves, I can also freeze extras to eat later.

    Recipe #193950

From TOH Fall 2006 Cooking for 2. This recipe looks perfect for my diabetic DH and me.

    Recipe #193946

This quick, easy and healthy version of crab cakes is perfect for my "Cooking for 2" cookbook. I found it in TOH's Summer Cooking for 2. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks great.

    Recipe #193739

This recipe from the Oct./Nov. 2006 TOH is a little different from the others I see listed. I think the addition of cheese and apples make it an interesting combo. Although I haven't tried it yet, I think it's a perfect addition to my "Cooking for 2" cookbook.

    Recipe #193597

I'm always looking for different breakfast casseroles. This one looks perfect for an Easter morning!

    Recipe #182880

I found this in the paper and am posting it here so that I won't lose it!

    Recipe #182877

This recipe is very easy and forgiving. You can do a lot with it to "make it your own".

    Recipe #182475

I clipped this recipe out of the paper. It's a little different from the usual pumpkin bread; a nice combination of autumn spices and chocolate chips.
