    Extremely delicious recipe and so easy to prepare. Has become a family favourite in our home!! Please note the amount of chilli can be adjusted depending on how hot you want it! This is just right for our palates.

    I originally got this recipe out of a "Weight Watchers" book. Was so good I had to share! Makes 8 kofta's. You can either put these kofta's on a stick or make them as a pattie. Great served with salad.

    This is delicious! Great for those nights where you just want something light. The dressing doesnt seem like much on its own, but combined with the Tandoori Chicken and salad it is perfect! Preparation time includes marinating. Serves 2.

    This is a delicious recipe that is very filling! Perfect for those cold nights. Makes good use of those few pieces of vegetables that you don’t know what to do with, feel free to add any other veggies! Is great served with fresh bread (we serve it with cut and buttered slices of baguette).

    I searched high and low for this recipe before coming across it on askpalakkad.com. It was so good I must share it with you to save the hassle of trying to find it yourself! This truly is delicious!! Add a few cardamom seeds to the rice for a truly authentic Indian taste! Note: This is quite spicy. If you do not like spicy food, adjust the amount of cayenne pepper (e.g. 1/4 tsp cayenne).

    This is delicious! I am not an experienced cook by any means, but this was easy! I initially got the idea from a soup recipe, but changed the wonton ingredients to suit and added to the soup. Great meal and feeds 4-6 people ... the only thing I had to go out and buy was the wonton wrappers and spring onion! It is surprisingly filling! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
