    Just made it up this morning so the family would have dinner to come home to while Im out and about. Its getting to be that soup and casserole time of year again (I love this Fall season!) you can add chicken for a complete meal. I used a box of cooked stuffing mix for the "dumplings" - just cook as directed and pour the soup over the stuffing yumm!

    Im a vegan so i dont use the beef, or riccota, I use a pkg. of Quorn Ground beef, and tofu for mine. but everytime its made I get rave reviews!!     So refreshing and super easy! I threw it together for the first time and my tastebuds were tingling from its blast of fruity citrus! The best salmon I've ever tasted!! great summer dish for grilling too! - Usually served with steamed or stir fried, veggies and a little brown rice!

    A favorite in my house, plates are licked clean! its best with my homemade enchilada sauce, by far! but can be made with 2 cans enchilada sauce with 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbs cilantro, and 1 tsp onion powder, added.

    An all time favorite in our house - kids will love it too! Pretty simple and so yummy. You can add what ever veggies you like OR even 2 cups of diced chicken is good to throw in for a complete meal.. other wise this is a great side dish for anything (steaks, BBQ, chicken, ect.)

    Very easy and delish!! I make these once every couple weeks for the three boys I nanny for, and on the weekends for friends after a long night. Complete meal wrapped in a Pilsbury biscuit YUmmM! A favorite of lots of friends! Can be topped with gravy for ultimate biscuits and gravy! You can substitude bacon for any meat (sausage, ham, ect.)
