This recipe is something I just threw together. So far I haven't seen any recipes that have "cream cheese" in their filler and it adds such a creamy texture. You can make it as mild or spicy as you like by ajusting the spice or add some jalapeno. My kids won't eat anything spicy.
My in-laws had bought a rotisserie cooker, but hardly ever used it, so I asked if I could borrow it. Of course now I've had it almost 2 years!! I use it at least 3 times a month. It's great!! Easy to use and to clean!! It's probably healthier typically (except I use butter as a baster).
My husband picked up veal on sale and I wasn't sure what to do with it. My hubby suggested making veal parmesan, so I decided I would just make it like chicken parmesan. Funny thing was, I was out of bread crumbs, but had some french bread sitting around going stale. First time I made my own bread crumbs and it made the dish even better. I make it now at least twice a month or more.
I love using my Crock Pot and just happend to throw stuff from my pantry in a pot and there you go. The first time I made this, it was almost too hot to eat. Now I crave it. I've changed it here and there, so hopefully this recipe is the final one I came up with.
I came across a simliar recipe in a low fat cookbook, but changed it so much after making it several times, it's my own creation. Taste's a lot like Olive Gardens (which I love), only a little lighter.
