    Recipe #473447

I had some leftovers in my fridge and needed to make a quick, nutritious lunch for my son who was not feeling well. I managed to get enough mileage from these ingredients for a family of four to eat lunch off of..woohoo! It was very yummy, soothing, healthful, economical, and low in Weight Watcher points (2 points per serving to be exact, 10 points for the whole pot)..double yay!

This is a delicious low fat curry.

    Recipe #465733

This is a recipe that started one place and I have tinkered with it to make it more of what I was looking for. They are slightly chewey and toasty. They hold together well and actually look like a real granola bar. I was having trouble finding a homemade granola bar recipe that made something that tasted store bought only better. Tell me what you think!

    Recipe #433608

I adapted this wonderful recipe to try to make it a bit more nutritious. I also have a different way of shaping the buns. http://www.glutenfreehomemaker.com/2009/03/gluten-free-hamburger-buns-focaccia.html We use this for sandwiches, burgers, mini pizzas, with butter and jam, or plain.

    Recipe #432187

This is my own recipe and I have been asked so many times for it and I am a bit tired typing it out again and again that I am finally getting it posted here so all I have to do is share the link. I have never measured the ingredients in this, but I am getting good at estimating amounts. Make sure you taste yours at the end and adjust accordingly.

    Recipe #432046

This is wonderful recipe I got a from a Greek church cookbook from Tucson, Arizona. They are wonderful hot or col, the day you make them or the next day for lunch. I usually make them to go with a lamb roast and then have the leftovers for lunch the next day. You won't be disappointed!

Mexican style lasagna from an old Richard Simmons cookbook...I have modified it a bit.

A yummy hearty grainy pancake! Lots of fiber, vitamins, and flavor.

    Recipe #330763

This recipe is from the Kansas State Nurses Assoc. Cookbook submitted by Robbie Davis of Topeka Kansas. I make this easy delicious quiche often and I am always asked for the recipe. I have many friends and family members who have made it a staple in their households so I figured rather than writing it down again and again...I would just post it here and direct them to this site! It's not the healthiest dish, but it sure is good and too easy to believe:)

    Recipe #294162

I make this regularly. It is from an onld Richard Simmons cookbook I have. It is easy to make, tastes sinful, and is very hearty.

    Recipe #124658

This is another favorite of mine from an old Richard Simmons cookbook. It is full of fiber, low in fat and calories, tangy, crispy, chewy, MMmmmmm.
